Q&A: Can anyone tell me what the signs of diabetes are?

signs of diabetes

Can anyone tell me what the are?
Well I’m 14 and I’m wondering because it runs in my family, and my doctor told me i’m at a lot higher risk of getting it, so i’ve been kind of paranoid.
Thanks for your help:)
Some of the symptoms that I had are hunger and thirst, headaches, blurry vision, dizzy, slow healing cuts.

Do you think I should be tested?

Excessive thirst and hunger
Frequent urination (even if you don’t drink lots of fluids)
Unexplained weight loss
Fatigue
Cuts on your body that take long time to heal

I know how you feel because diabetes runs in my father’s side of the family, and he has it. So i have to watch what I eat. So eat right and watch for these symptoms.
