Diabetes will have accompanying increased frequency and quantity of urination along with thirst. You will have increased appetite, but will not gain weight. If these symptoms are there its high time to seek medical advise. Family history of diabetes and increased age are very important predictor of diabetes.
1. frequent urination because body send all extra sugar through urine.
2. feel very week .even though you eat properly because lack of insulin production and sugar will not reach to the cells.
3. itching because high blood sugar floating in the blood . causes irritation in blood veins
4. wounds is not healing fast. because when there is no energy in the cells . your immune system become week.
if you have any doubts . better go to any diagnostic center and get the below tests
1. GTT glucose tolerance test
2. fasting blood sugar, postprandial blood sugar
2.glycosilated hemoglobin(GHB)
with above test you will come to know weather you have sugar or not
